I believe that making a business a great place to work is far better than constantly fighting fires. From my experience I know that doing this takes a different approach to people management and leadership.

My approach is based on open communication and trust. I am qualified to professional standards in Mediation, Leadership, NLP, Coaching and Project Management. Working with clients I use my knowledge as a toolkit rather than a textbook. Workplaces are a community, they are complex and one solution or theory will not fit all.

During my career I have lead, managed, coached and mentored large and small teams in the private and public sector. One of my key roles is to truly listen to people. In order to improve morale I remove barriers and bring the 'human' to the forefront of HR.
